Where To Goo is a discovery platform for family places and events in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, including a mobile app, a partner dashboard, and a marketing website. The service is free for end users and paid for venue partners according to published plans.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Signup is open to users 13+. For children under 13: the account must be used by a parent or guardian.
You retain rights to content you publish (reviews, photos). By posting on the platform you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the service. We reserve the right to hide or remove content that violates Kuwaiti or Saudi law, or contains hate speech, discrimination, or materially misleading information.
We work to keep place and event information accurate, but the final responsibility to verify hours, prices, and details before visiting is yours.
Plans are monthly or annual and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time — the subscription continues to the end of the paid period, with no partial refund.
Where To Goo is not responsible for the quality of service provided by listed venues, or for damages arising from visits. Contact the venue directly with any complaint.
We may update these terms; we announce any material change 30 days in advance in-app and by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, and disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts.
