Open the Where To Goo app and go to More → Profile → Delete account. Confirm, and your account is deactivated immediately. All personal data is permanently erased within 30 days.

You can permanently delete your Where To Goo account and personal data at any time.

If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@wheretogoo.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days. We respond to every request within 15 working days as required by PDPL.
What gets deleted
Your name, email, phone number, date of birth, preferences, favourites, check-ins, loyalty points, uploaded photos, and your notification device token are permanently removed.
What we keep (and why)
Reviews you published stay visible under an anonymous pseudonym so other families still benefit, with no link back to you. Billing records for any paid subscription are retained for 5 years to meet tax and accounting law. Technical logs are deleted within 90 days.
